In my life I have found that if I trust the universe, the path forward will unfold. I look for signs, symbols, and interactions to guide me in my day to day life. I use these experiences as guideposts on my path and a way to open more fully to my experiences. Being open to the universe has led me to trusting myself and my inner knowing whole heartedly.
I believe in the interconnectedness of all things. I believe that my healing is your healing and that our healing is the collective healing. We cannot heal fully without the healing of the collective, therefor connection is essential on our healing path. In western culture ruthless individualism has ripped us apart and forced us into competition with one another. This is not natural for humans, we need deep connection to self, our community, the collective, the earth, and to spirit.
Come with me on your healing journey, lets heal together and alongside other women who deeply desire to be one with the collective. Together we can be present with other women who desire to find their power by witnessing and and participating in the healing of others and of self. Your golden energy is waiting to be ignited and connected to the web of energy in our collective. Take the next step with me...

Awakened Mind Therapy is boldly ANTI-GENOCIDE. The root causes of genocides occurring in Palestine, Congo, Sudan, Tigray, and other resource-rich/exploited nations are intertwined: white supremacist delusions, settler colonial agendas, resource extraction, destabilization, capitalism and metacolonialism.
